We would like to introduce a case study of Mirai Kogyo Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells electrical equipment materials, water supply and drainage equipment materials, and gas equipment materials nationwide, that has implemented AI-OCR "DX Suite," RPA, and a fax order system. The challenge was how to overcome the temporary labor shortage caused by employees taking parental leave.
